Delete your data
Most data lives on your own phone and computer, so you can delete it yourself. For data on Escapeburn's servers, write to us.
On the phone
- Open MORE → forget this computer and confirm. The pairing keys, the link settings and all phone-hands switches are deleted.
- To delete everything the app stored, uninstall it, or clear its storage in Android settings.
On the computer
- In SuperTerminal open SETTINGS → Comet → Phone and remove the phone. Its keys and push registration are deleted.
- Comet's history and memory can be cleared in SuperTerminal; files sent from the phone are deleted automatically after 7 days.
On Escapeburn's servers
Notification data is passed on without being stored. Reports you sent are kept with your Escapeburn account. To delete your reports or your whole account with all its data, email contact@escapeburn.com from the address of your account. We confirm within 30 days. Daily backups expire within 14 days.
