These terms apply to escapeburn.com and to the tools Escapeburn builds for its own use. By using the site, you accept them.
The website
The site describes our services. We keep it accurate and up to date, but it is provided as it is, and it is not an offer: every project starts with a written quote and agreement.
Projects
Work for clients is governed by the quote and agreement for that project: scope, price, deadlines and who owns the result.
Content and brand
The Escapeburn name, logo, texts and graphics on this site belong to Escapeburn. You are welcome to link to the site; do not copy or reuse its design or content without our permission.
Internal tools
Escapeburn HQ and its integrations (for example with YouTube and TikTok) are used only by Escapeburn, with Escapeburn’s own accounts. They are not a service for others, and nobody else can sign in to them.
Other sites
Links to other sites and platforms are there for convenience; their own terms apply there.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from using the site as it is.
